E-Lacrosse reviews the hot 2002 lacrosse apparel!

So you've seen the custom screened Under Armor from Rebel Wear and you'll see alot more of it in the coming year on fields and streets near you, but Rebel is a full service custom apparel company and this is just the tip of the iceberg. We hung out with Rebel's Bill Curtis, photographer John Strohsacker and E-Lacrosse writer/Hopkins great Brian Carcaterra to work out the new Hopkins uniforms for 2002. They are the first from a line of products by STX and Rebel to provide affordable custom lacrosse uniforms to high schools colleges and youth programs that are of the same quality as the top programs. In fact, a high school team that buys this line of unoforms will be wearing the same jerseys and shorts as Johns Hopkins and a number of NCAA bound teams this Spring.

Carc loved the new Hopkins unis and loved getting back on homewood field for a workout!

The jersey has a micro-mesh body with a dazzle yoke and dazzle inserts.

The shorts are micro-mesh with a corded side.

The STX line from Rebel Wear is sharp, easily readable, comfortable and feels like big league apparel. Remember when you tried on your first pre-fitted Pro style baseball cap and the difference in the quality between that 35 dollar hat and the 12 dollar ones you had previously. The difference is significant if the metaphor is lost on our younger readers. These uniforms are very nice.

The Rebel Wear people are easy to work with and have plenty of experience. They are the exclusive supplier of this STX line so give them a call. Pricing on their web site is set on quantities of 30 and production time on custom jerseys range from 6-8 weeks so call them now at 410-583-0080 or e-mail them!
