When you visit our web site, some information such as your Internet Service Provider, operating system, the site from which you linked, and the time and date of your visit and purchases may be collected automatically as part of the software operation of the site. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information. We use this information to compile aggregate statistics about the total number of daily visitors to our site, the pages most frequently visited, and how long people stay at each page. This allows us to understand our customers' needs and to develop products and services to serve those needs.

This personal information includes your phone number, postal address, credit card information, ship to addresses, other email addresses, and other information you choose to provide at various times.
The personal information we collect online is used to process your requests, to provide you the highest quality of service, and to understand your needs so that we can serve you better. We will only use your email or postal address to alert you about special interests like manufacturer news or events caledars if you specifically sign up to receive them.
If you prefer not to receive promotional information from us, after signing up for something, we make it easy for you to let us know. You can contact us at any time by email or postal mail to decline promotional material. (See Contacting US, below).

Rules Regarding Password Protection
E-Lacrosse protects your purchasing information through the use of a password. To protect the confidentiality of your information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. If you forget your password, we will send you a temporary password via email, which you will need to change immediately to maintain your privacy. If other people have access to your email, however, they may be able to obtain access to your password and obtain personal information about you (such as your credit card information), or change information about your user profile. You should not use an email account operated by an employer because many employers have the legal right to access such email accounts.
In addition to our password protection system, E-Lacrosse has put into place security measures to protect personal information you have provided to us online from loss, misuse or alteration while it is under our control. We protect your information through a combination of technical, contractual, administrative and physical measures to protect against unauthorized access.
When you enter personal or sensitive information, that information is encrypted using the latest security software, SSL. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypts all information entered on our site before it is sent over the internet.
Encryption is the process of taking the characters you enter at your computer keyboard and scrambling them into bits of code before transmission. The bits are securely transmitted over the internet to be deciphered when received by E-Lacrosse’s Online Internet Service Provider (ISP). To anyone else, the information would be unreadable.
In addition to SSL encryption, we also protect your information off-line. Your information is restricted and only those who need this information (e.g., to process your order) are granted access via password-protected systems. E-Lacrosse regularly reviews its web security and privacy practices to protect your information. Employees are kept up-to-date on these security and privacy policies.
